Ecological Complexity Lab Elucidating the complexity of ecological systems

Itamar Represents the Lab at Duke, TriCEM, and the EEID Conference

Itamar is spending a few weeks in the U.S. for a packed research trip. He arrived at Duke University on May 26th, connecting with our collaborators on the Madagascar project. On May 28th, he gave a talk at the TriCEM center (Triangle Center for Evolutionary Medicine), presenting his research to a sharp and engaged audience — tough questions included! Finally, on June 5th, he presented a poster at the EEID conference (Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases), where he reconnected with collaborators Charlie and Kayla from the Madagascar project, and made new connections with researchers working on networks and link prediction.
